Kasepuhan is the first tourist attraction in Cirebon that must be visited,
especially if you are interested in the history of Cirebon. The palace in
Cirebon was built in 1529 by Prince Mas Mohammad Arifin which incidentally is
the great-grandson of Sunan Gunung Jati.
The palace
which was originally called the Pakungwati Palace was built as the center of
Cirebon government in the past. The name of the tourist attractions in Cirebon
was later changed to Kasepuhan Palace after the division of the palace during
the reign of Prince Mertawijaya, known as Sultan Sepuh Mohammad Syamsudin
Mertawijaya. So, what can be seen at Keraton Kasepuhan?
You can
visit the palace museum to see various historical relics such as the golden
train, gamelan from 1426, antique paintings of Prabu Siliwangi, tambourines

interesting than Kasepuhan Palace. Even though it has undergone many
renovations, the Kanoman Palace still maintains Javanese and Chinese
architectural decorations and styles that contain historical value of the
development of the Islamic empire in Indonesia. Various collections of
historical objects such as paintings, ceramic crafts, and the legendary Paksi
Naga Liman chariot can be found at this tourist spot in Cirebon.
Since it was
founded in 1678, the Kanoman Palace still holds its traditions and traditions
today. One of the most famous court traditions is the Long Amulet Ritual which
is usually held every month of Mawlid. The Long Amulet ritual begins with the
